In base i'm working on basly the hips as they come down a line. Most athletes can't get to the line, but what i'm trying to do is bring the knee further toward the center line. Theory bo coming down the line basically is allow the hipsto go through their full range of motion. And you abbreviate hip, the hip branch of motion. You also abbreviate shoulder range of motion, and youcome become a frequency freak. Let the spine to let his store energy and release it. When that happens, everything shortens up. It's very difficult to increase your stridlength. That's all k teye got.
