You can apply some of that to buy healthier food or just do the best you can with your resources. It's such a powerful tool. So we can know if our day should be good or not. That's right. And then we get up the next morning and we're like, okay, wearable, tell me what my day should be like. How should I exercise? As much as I love all these things and they're so necessary in this modern world, I fear that that is now getting too complicated and too expensive.
