Anonymous: Hi, I’m wondering about what to be careful with when purchasing contact lenses. I read in The Rain Barrel Effect that the solution for contacts contains some heavy metals, is that already the solution they come in? I buy the daily ones because they’re the softest & my eyes are already so damaged from them, that I can hardly stand them (so I only wear them on very special occasions, maybe once a month). Could you also explain why that happens? Do you have any brand recommendations for daily contacts? What about eye sight surgery? Is that something you would recommend? I know quite a few people who had it done and are very happy with the results, but it still seems quite scary to me, although I know this technology has evolved significantly in the past 20 years. Jackie: Hi Dr Cabral thanks for everything you and your team do - it is life changing. I am doing Cbo protocol after heavy metals. I have high oxalate according to big 5 and reduced kidney function according to gp, how long does it take for a low oxalate diet to clinically lower oxalic acid in your experience? Working on the root cause but trying to reduce symptoms along the way.

Anonymous: What are the dangers and/or side effects of taking too much Vitamin K? And what's the upper limit with dosing?

Seems it doesn’t really matter what time I get to sleep (easier said than done with young kids) REM seems at its best 5:30-7:30am. Issue is I get up at 5:15am. Any suggestions as I couldn’t specifically find bringing forward REM sleep in the back catalogue… thank you

Sheila: Hello, I’m on week 3 of CBO protocol. I just started week 3 and I started getting hives on my legs. One ingredient is bromelain in the Candida supplement. Bromelain is a “red” on my IGg food sensitivity test. Is there another product I could use instead of this one? Please advise. Thank you for your time. Sheila
