How to Deal With Anxiety
If someone is accusing you of feeling a certain way after you've negated it, do not give it any airtime at all ever. If they have a tantrum run for the fucking hills, okay, that's someone who's trying to control you. Don't put up with that shit. And always remember be kind to yourself, be kind to your brain and especially don't take sh*t from yourself.
