i like to bring up topics that will sort of assess, based on their answer, whether or not they're comfortable continuing. For example, i will talk about my family, or else i'll mention something about myself. It's always good to ask about things that you're nterested because it kind of steers the conversation in a direction where you'll feel comfortable. I had a really interesting interview last year with a woman who helps people basely, to do this in different especially in business situations. Her name is genifer cumar and she has some more specific tips to help you in the work place.
