The Pros and Cons of Dexmeditomidine Intraoperatively
Dexmeditomidine is something that at least at our institution since it became a little cheaper has become very widely used. We are starting to see Suggestion that its use in the operating room may have some opioids bearing characteristics And then also its use postoperatively has similar effects. It's just a matter of time before we have enough data to suggest this probably makes sense.
