I was introduced to a lot of films from the 70s those was young in my career. Steven Soderbergh did a movie called the limey with Terence Stamp and it's essentially him doing a remake of point blank with Lee Marvin both those pieces have a really cool collage cutting out of sequence style that has influenced most television that you guys see today. And the freedom that I saw when I watched those pieces where you weren't concerned about continuity you were actually cutting based upon emotion changed the game for me as an editor seeing that.
