The Battle to Eliminate Objective Standards in Antitrust Enforcement
There's been an effort since 1968 to try to bring elements of objectivity to the, to the process of a merge as an acquisition. And Lena Khan is dedicated to eliminating these more objective standards. She relies on no economic analysis. Most of economic analysis that she tries to suggest as all being debunked and refuted. This is a philosophical battle against bigness, big tech, but bigness overall. They, they, the, the model here is some utopian model, a perfect competition where firms do not differentiate between one another... It's a disaster for productivity and a disaster for companies.
