The Future of Interstate Commerce

I suspect they will and I'll probably compete, but it could be a healthy competition too of saying that they want to create the best economic environment. So there could be healthy competition among the states around where the resources will go. But at the same time, hopefully at some point we start recognizing that just like any other economy having interstate commerce make sense.
