Tech companies, including Alphabet and IBM, will take part in a fourth round of trade talks in Busan, South Korea this week. They're giving input on the drafting of the Indo-Pacific economic framework. Activists are worried the companies will use the agreement as a backdoor to heading off domestic regulation and the enforcement of antitrust laws.
