The Consistent Daily Routine
Routines give children a sense of confidence that makes it easier for them to adapt to changes in their routine. Children need us to put the little bit of energy we may have into setting those boundaries as consistently as possible. And they also need us to be the ones to see beyond the moment. They have this wonderful way of being in the moment that can be so inspiring for us.
