I'm a huge fan of these like accountability apology texts. And also I hate thinking that this person walked around with such guilt, you know, literally use the word I carry guilt in that department. But I mostly just wanted to give them permission to be like, I harbor, I don't carry this at all. You're not sure if that's serving us? Absolutely. No, I think that that's a great a great permission that you're giving all of us to say: Yeah, we don't have to carry around this idea that we have somehow like so messed up.
