He calls the will the over me. But also, he calls it the destination of my soul, which i call destiny. He's trying to get us to rethink free will as something that involves an embrace of destiny. I guess i would read this more straightforwardly, romantically, that he's not talking about the problem of free will versus determinism here. It'll hook eventually to that in talking about eternal recurrence here.
