I was going to ask, which is basically that from the interus i've done with aeland, and all the information that we get anyway. We know that you're doing a lot of your intense training at arounde maximum, lae stedistator or so. Andt maybe not too much high intensity. That's at least te the picture that i've been getting. So then the question is like, is that really enough to improve? Or how do you try to get vo to max improvements if you don't train above ms s? Ye.
