Understanding End of Life Care and Palliative Care
Less than half of anipatic prescriptions from a hospital discharge to hospice care had a documented treatment rational. Understanding the intended outcomes related to prolonging life or reducing suffering, that helps us to aline treatment plans icate us as hospic providers.
