Instead of building an expensive ticketing system, southwest decided to issue tickets that could be printed out on ordinary paper and obtained from no frills automatic dispensers. Ariana huffington used to buy into the notion that doing anything worth doing required superhuman effort but she didn't become truly successful until she stopped overworking herself.
