There is something about label where it creates space. We're so identified with that anxiety we don't see where it stops. Labelling is a great first step to create that space, and then you can use em caming or tarabrac for the same thing. Ye an, it's to make myself it's partly because i'm afraid of reality. I over label it. And obviously, everybody with a brain knows that your mind can be a lot less nice or gentle than that.
