Is Your Definition of Time Critical Different From Yours?

I'm going to try and rotate staff through so even if they can't have all the time off they'd asked for, that they have critical time off. I think for other staff, we haven't had a directive to cancel any leave yet. We'll keep an eye out for that. It's a question i'm asking.
