Is Position Sizing So Important?
A lot of people just look at a multiple and don't really know what it actually means. Just looking at the p ratioicolate is meaningless, you often miste how much capital is the business lusic to generate that growth. That can only happen when you have a good qualitative insight into the comperative aan al business. As quant we cannot take the easy way out and we just equal, weyt to arwhole portfolio. But position sizing can be so important.
