Mood is meant to be a temporary state in terms of how you feel in the moment. So personality is meant to play out over the longer term. Research does seem to suggest, whatever or coalenis on the introversion extraversion scale, pretty much everybody does get a healthy kick out of happy social times we oe with friends.
