How to Hire in a Traditional Way

Don't use a resume. No one's time is served well by reading resumes, particularly recruiters. Visualise someone that you care deeply about and love unconditionally to frame the conversation around it. I'm thinking rationally, this role is not right for the person. They're going to be so successful somewhere else. The end of the day, it's their journey and it's incredibly confronting to have that conversation. Do you ever get good at it? I think you get better at it. You obviously want to throw people into but it definitely matures you.
