The Importance of Learning on Open Platforms

Having abstractions does not exclude curious people from digging into things. Even among computer science students at university, most are in it just because it's a stable job that pays. They don't have the passion and the curiosity to dig into things. But you can learn on more open platforms such as Python or HTML. There is too much stuff to learn in a lifetime. And I don't think you should have to do that or have to try to do that.
