Empire international's new business model is going to be building new generation transmission and distribution lines. They are not being paid by empire energy on a cost plus basis to maintain line and so on. The way they make many can change dramatically. There'r strategy is not to bull power stations. Government has told them, don't bull power stations, because we can open up the market. We're telling empire international uganabl power stations for empire energy, even though empire energy doesn't know it just yet.
