Parsiality looks like a condition on our being motivated to do anything at all and structures all of our relationships inside and outside the workplace. We might worry that with enough partiality people wouldn't be paying very enough attention to whether it was good or if they were loyal to their side. efficiency perhaps which is more of a paradox here i guess but  i think any substantial ai displacement of humans is is horrible and basically a catastrophe.
