Lisa: I think right now kind of like what you said people are more skeptical going into conversations today. We really want to create an environment where trust is given mistrust is earned meaning we're going to start from a place where we actually do trust you. Lisa: There's a big difference between privacy and secrecy. Secrecy is when we're hiding facts because we don't want to be found out and we want to continue bad behavior. That's secrecy. Privacy is withholding some of the details for the sake of healing, not hiding.
