I've been doing a lot of research on nutrition this week, guys. If I just up my protein enough, then my muscles will get so big they'll actually sort of encapsulate my entire face and head. The 2015 MIRF workout is a mile run followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 press-ups, 300 squats, and then another mile run. But you're not doing that, are you?
