Is Proof of Stake the Future of Cryptocurrency?

i think it's a little too to say that there will never be any viable crypto currency. I don't think that's been thoroughly proven yet. The problem is that proof of stake is still an idea. It's vapor. Youto, have to get your users to use your proof of stake. Show me i'm not believing it before it happens. And no, the frickan lightning network doesn't count.
