Is There a Labor Union in Software?

In software, there seems to be this attitude of like, we have it good. And I want to really counter that because I think it's BS. Yeah, we might get paid more than other people, but that doesn't mean our jobs are good. It doesn't mean they work for us. We should not complain about how much we get paid. We shouldn't complain about our work environment,. Because we've got it made.
