If i find work I really don't want to do usually is building a dashboard or something like that. What i will do is put that work on the back burner and do something i'm very interested in but make sure drives a lot of value. Then there's an incentive for the boss to keep because they're like okay well he's putting more work in than you know most people would so that's what i mean by doing work you want to do.
