What Kind of Internet Do You Want?
i am sort of agnostic, honestly, about whether the internetor unsure the internet exists. i know i'm going to make myself very unpopular in this room by saying this but let me speak on behalf of the leviathan for a minute. Welli'm unsure of the question of how threatened i would feel by an unowned Internet. But what i'm not agnostic about is the question of whether you could have meaningfully, over a long period of time, and unpoliced internet.
