The gallery is facing 'difficult times' as the economy takes a downturn. They need to think about how they will communicate with their audiences, and find new ways of doing things. It's difficult to be in a position where "the ay unknowns e" are sounknown. The way you market should be very interpersonal - there should be an emotional element. You don't just want to blast stuff out or say here's one thing that doesn't work for people who can't afford it. There needs to be some kind of sense of meaning behind what we're trying to do. We have to carry on supporting our local communities by helping them make ends meet.
