Is There a Need to Know About UFOs?
A president is eligible to know, but at least they know the fact that something is occurring. I was very briefly the control access program officer, a capco, for a technical operation that CIA has had for decades. And sure enough, there were like every president since that program's existence was also on that list. It's called a bigot list. But he may not have known exactly how we got everything staged for this program, what we collected or, you know, like other details of the program. The president may not even wanted to know. He just knows that there's a technical operations program conducted by the executive branch and successive presidents have signed off on it.
