How to Connect to the Russian GLONASS System in Ukraine

During the conflict in Ukraine we've seen numerous Russian pilots and Russian ground crews struggled to connect with the GLONASS system instead switching back over to using GPS. The Russians built this entire constellation of global positioning satellites so they could never be cut off in the event of a war with the west as much like other Americans use the GPS the Russians rely on GLONASS to help guide everything from precision rockets to fighter pilots carrying our missions. So these signals coming from these common PNC position navigation and timing signals they're very weak actually so they're easy to jam so jamming is one way and cyber is another way right.
