The Minsk Accords Set the Groundwork for a Final Settlement

If you became president, you would inherit the situation as it is. Public opinion in most of Ukraine is now very violently against Russia and vice versa. The Dombas region, which is 80% ethnic Russian and Russians that were being systematically killed by the Ukrainian government, would be protected. And I think based upon those three points, we could probably somebody like me could settle this war.
