The Importance of Apathy in Russia
CNN's John Defterios says Putin is trying to make up for what he did not do. He believes that if no one cares about anything, it means they don't care about their supreme leader or his war. The President has been speaking to his military officials so law enforcement as well and in his remarks just now, he applauded them for the process of stopping a civil war. That type of language, I think we've been all been watching his words very closely listening to everything he says.
