i love the phrase memory dividends because, ike, i just think of my own family and us talking about the pool we hadin hiltonhead. And that's what i urged people to think about, is, like, how can you creae as many of those as possible? It's so worth it. Sometimes putting money in the bank won't produce a dividend greater than your memory dividend.
