You Know I See Myself in Your Eyes and I Know the Truth or Second
When I sort of disassociate my success and failure from what people's expectations are for me, it allows me to navigate through. So much of how we think about ourselves have to do with the reflection that stares back at us through somebody else's eyes. And there's a really cool passage in the Bible where Jesus says If you go on to my teaching You then you are my disciples and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.
