Is Quanum Computing a Different Type of Computing System?

For machine learning, ah, it's very different. And you have, ah, some things are easier and some things are harder. For example, if you want to no supervise inlearning, where you have an imput and an output, classical computers are very natural for that. In aquantum computers, is a little hard because they at least to it to implement, even theoretical framework, because the imputs are not clear.
