The Journey From Sham to Guilt
The journey from shame to guilt is to realize that it's not part of who you are, but it's something you did. And with that, be sort of again, shame from, from shame of, oh my God, I feel horrible. Why wouldn't we as humans be incredibly motivated to avoid that? So if you are able to let yourself experience it and know you can move through it, then it's not as scary to go ahead and be able to experience it and do repair.
