Adam Brazil's Identification at the Trial?
Grundy County Sheriff Brent Myers testified that he'd been at his desk, cutting out potential mug shots to use for a photo lineup. The sheriff said he couldn't remember how the photos had been arranged on the desk. Rebecca Hill initially testified that she'd identified Adam Brazil when police visited her after she'd been released from the hospital. She later testified thatshe'd identified him in a photo lineup at the jail. Not everyone had read hair.
