Miyamoto is always I think you can criticize him a bit because he's never been a story guy was very ironic. With Donkey Kong in 1981 essentially created one of the first if not the first you know game that used the game graphics to tell a complete story all the way through right yeah but then he abandoned that and he's like actually games don't need to tell stories it's fine. He made a return with Mario run after taking a step back from being super involved in the designs for the Mario and the Zelda games things like that.
