The Importance of Owning Your Own Business
I was running, doing what I'm doing now, but for corporations, you're not playing with house money. There's no unlimited bank account that a corporation might have. Being in a small business really requires you to focus on many, many things that may have been done by other functions in a corporation. And also, I'm having to manage the HR side of things, recruiting people before there were hundreds of people doing those things for me. Where now, there's a very small team or even myself, directly involved in those things.
