The Matter of Materiality in the Matter of the Heckler's Veto

A lot of the conversation around the incident seems to focus on the likability of people. So can you outline where the protesters were within their rights and where they went past that? And whether there's some disagreement over the Heckler's veto or whether the disagreement is over whether or not Duncan was actually prevented from speaking? Yes. In my opinion, I think it did cross the line, but individual students may have complied and some of them may not. It would really take a lot of investigation to figure out which students exactly crossed the line.
