Mackenzie: Part of the sales to at a more enterprise level is that also this assumption that there's going to be adoption around it and support. How do you think about structuring the right forces to help incentivize or reduce the friction of product adoption? Mackenzie: We don't need to like gorilla our way into adoption. This executive bought this tool because they want these people to use it. They want it to impact their business. So our job is to be a partner to that buyer and help them accomplish that goal.
