Building is not the hardest thing out there, right? Validating your concept and making sure that you're building the right thing. We advise our partners to dedicate a lot of time to the market research phase before we even write a single kind of code. The wisest approach, in my opinion, is delay building as much as you can until you get enough of a conviction that what you're building will actually find a customer.
