Putin or Zalenski? Is It a Fair Referendum?
Can you imagine a fair referendum among the former population of mariupel or harsen are voting to go to russia? I doubt it. The optimistic view is that once he's bitten off the land bridge and more of the dunetz basin, he's going to stop. But personally, i think hat there is a very strong possibility we're just going to get something like the indian pakistani conflict over cashmere. So it'll still be with us in a hundred years time. Of course, it won't be continuous war. It'll be frozen for periods, but it'll burst out into wars sometimes, and might escalate nastily. Pick one.
