Chronic Kidney Disease

When someone has an elevated troponent in the setting of chronic kidney disease, and it's just sort of waved away. How how do you deal with sort of this chronic elevation that you sometimes see? Is it does at me. I i often would expect it tobe elevated and not be surprised when i see an elevated number. Would se k d, just looking at relative change in it.
