The Barriers to Product Led Organizations
Many organizations are led in some of their function, right? And as product people we want to be front and center but that's not just because we get testical. So find that awareness at the leadership level needs to be there in the first place for them to understand that there is a problem that we need to fix. If those methodologies aren't there and understood oftentimes you just get discarded.
