The Secret to Being a Bishop

You can't be named a bishop if the Muncio can't get a hold of you. How often do people get named a bishop just tell the staff to go home cancel all the events in the evening? Like imagine the phones going off like if I was in the office I'd be putting it on a respondent and just be like oh yeah I have a new email now that I'm going to be a bishop so I will deal with these insofar as I can, but turn my phone off.
