The Death of James Campbell
Suzanne Boswell was shot in the head by James Bernard Campbell. She called 911 and picked him out from a photo lineup of five men. The jury returned to verdict in just an hour and 20 minutes. Prosecutors are asking for the death penalty. But two courts have thrown out the sentence on technicality. 10 years later the state still has not executed James Campbell.
